Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SASIKUMAR V, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s.P.KOTTAICHAMY,Advocate(Criminal Side), on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14629 of 2021 dated 29.09.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that due to sudden illness of the first petitioner, they are unable to surrender and arrange the sureties in time.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed and the time is extended https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.8994 of 2021 by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the petitioners to comply with the order dated 29.09.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14629 of 2021.
