Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.666 of 2016. An FIR, that is five years old cannot be pending at the investigation stage. However, the stand of the first respondent is that the petitioner has not cooperated. Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to appear before the first respondent on 18.11.2021 at 11.00 am. The first respondent shall conclude the investigation and file the final report within a period of four weeks thereafter.
