This writ petition is filed to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2018 within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
2.Heard Mr.Banu Prasath, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.P.Kannidevan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.S.Sivaprakash, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent.

W.P.(MD)No.6662 of 2018 would submit that the revenue officials has convened the peace committee meeting and thereby a compromise arrived between the parties and the festival also conducted in the concerned temple and the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous.
4. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is open to the petitioner to make a fresh representation, if necessary. No costs.
