ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Principal Sub Court, Dindigul to dispose the suit in O.S.No.113 of 2024 within the time to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the first plaintiff in the suit. She and two other persons filed a suit in O.S.No.113 of 2024 before the Principal Sub-Court, Dindigul for declaration and permanent injunction. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit filed by the petitioner and other two persons respondent for declaration and permanent injunction is pending for one year without any progress. Hence, she seeks expeditious disposal of the suit.

4.Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the suit in 113 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible. 5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
