PRAYER :- for Bail in Crime No.103 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2019, for the offence under Section 394 of I.P.C., in Crime No.103 of 2019, on the file of the respondent. Hence, he seeks bail.

3.The petitioner had hid himself on the top of the toilet and when the defacto complainant came out of the same, threw a stone on her head and tried to snatch her chain. The defacto complainant however held on to the chain and the petitioner could only take away the gold items which were attached to the chain. CRL OP(MD). No.12838 of 2019 complainant had suffered head injury. The petitioner is also having previous cases that are similar in nature. The stolen items were recovered from the petitioner following his arrest and confession.
