ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Inspector of Police, Panagudi Police Station, Tirunelveli District, the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in the name of holding an enquiry on a complaint given by the third respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 16.02.2022. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
