Mr.K.M.Karunakaran, the learned counsel representing Mr.C.Gangai Amaran, the counsel on record for the petitioner submitted that M.C.No.18 of 2021 which is sought to be transferred from the Family Court, Ramanathapuram to the Family Court at Madurai, was disposed of by the Family Court, Ramanathapuram vide Judgment dated 16.07.2022 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Criminal Original Petition.

2. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
