2. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar, has sent a letter in D.No.431/2025 dated 20.05.2025, requesting extension of further time to dispose of C.C.No.167 of 2016, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 06.06.2024.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing the case in C.C.No.167 of 2016 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
