This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents No.1 and 2 not to harass the petitioners as the issue relating to matrimonial dispute and therefore the 2nd respondent police should direct the 3rd respondent to work out the remedy before Family Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the on the complaint given by the fourth respondent/ defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted by the second respondent police and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
