ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) This Writ Petition is filed to quash the notice dated 09.05.2022 issued to the petitioner, which is entertained by the first respondent in No. 147/2022.

2.The petitioner is the third respondent in the complaint. Though the impugned notice was issued on 09.05.2022, the writ petition is filed merely after three months without any cause for the delay. 3.When the impugned order in the nature of the show cause notice, it is open to the petitioner to raise his objection before the respondent and therefore, we find no reason to interfere with the process of enquiry. Hence, this Writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
