Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PERUMAL.C.T, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.

10,75,000/- before the Judicial Magistrate No.I. Nagercoil, imposed by order dated 27.07.2022 in the above said Crl.O.P instead of directing him to deposit the property title documents worth Rs.10,75,000/- in CRL.O.P.(MD)No.11232 of 2022, dated 01.09.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that instead of depositing the amount he is ready to deposit the title deeds.

3. When there is a specific undertaking given by the petitioner at the time of passing order in the said Crl.O.P. to deposit the amount he must comply the same. The request of petitioner cannot be accepted.
