This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to direct the 3rd respondent to issue a certified copy for the Sale deed no. 9445/2009, dated 30.12.2009 pending on the file of 3rd respondent office. 2.Heard Mr.V.Santhakumaresan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.M.Siddharthan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 3 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanidhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for R2.

3. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4. It is the grievance of the petitioner that he sought for certified copy of the sale deed, dated 30.12.2009, which is pending on the file of 3rd respondent. In this regard, he sent a representation to the respondents on 02.07.2024. 2/4

However, the same was not considered. Hence, this writ petition came to be filed. 5.Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.07.2024 and to furnish the certified copy of the sale deed, dated 30.12.2009 to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
