ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.521 of 2018 of Thallakulam Police Station, Madurai District.

2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is almost completed in Crime No.521 of 2018 and requested time for filing final report.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to file the final report in Crime No.521 of 2018, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
