ORDER

After some arguments, Ms.B.Asha, learned Counsel on record for writ petitioner sought permission to withdraw instant writ petition, but made a plea that the rights of writ petitioner may please be preserved for filing a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action, after arraying Deepan Karthick and other individuals if any as co-respondents. To be noted, said individual has admittedly filed a civil suit in which the writ petitioner is the third respondent.

2. Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, albeit preserving the rights of writ petitioner in the aforesaid manner. There shall be no order as to costs.
