ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the Fast Track Court, Magistrate Level, Tuticorin/Learned Principal District Munsiff, Tuticorin to commence and to complete the trial in C.C.No.196 of 2018, within a specific period. 2.It is the grievance of the petitioner that even though the case was registered in the year 2018, there is no progress in the trial and hence, the petitioner approached this Court to issue a direction to the Fast Track Court, Magistrate Level, Tuticorin/Learned Principal District Munsiff, Tuticorin to complete the trial in C.C.No.196 of 2018.

3.In view of the above submission, the Fast Track Court, Magistrate Level, Tuticorin/Learned Principal District Munsiff, Tuticorin, is directed to expedite the trial in C.C.No.196 of 2018 and complete the same, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
