O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed by a Junior Drafting Officer working in the second respondent Department seeking a Mandamus directing the respondent to sanction full salary in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD) No.17059 of 2020, dated 14.02.2024.

2. A perusal of the order of this Court in W.P(MD) No.17059 of 2020 reveals that this Court has directed the payment of subsistence allowance only at the rate of 75% from the 90 days. However, there is no decision for payment of full salary.

3. The petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents on 21.06.2024 seeking payment of full salary.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2/4

Considering the above said facts, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.06.2024, to confer the eligible subsistence allowance upon the writ petitioner as per the Fundamental Rules within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
