The G.O (Ms)No.75, Health and Family Welfare (MCA.1), Department dated 09.03.2018 which is challenged in this writ petition is pertaining to in service candidates appointed under 10 (a) (i) category during the period 2018. In view of the passage of time, nothing survives for further adjudication.
