This criminal original petition is filed seeking for a direction to withdraw the case in S.C.No.152 of 2011 from the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai and to transfer the same to the file of any other competent Court. 2.Mr.C.Arul Vadivel @ Sekar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous and he also undertook to circulate a letter to the Registry to that effect.
3.In view of the submission of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is closed as infructuous.
