O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.21 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy, pending against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections 18, 19 and 20 of the Act Prevention of Women from Domestic Violence Act.

2.It appears that the matter has been settled between the parties and to that effect, a joint compromise memo was filed by the parties. In the said compromise memo, the defacto complainant has expressed her willingness to withdraw her complaint. 3.In the light of the compromise memo, this quash petition is dismissed.
