The petitioner with a grievance that his representation dated 14.06.2025 has not been considered by the respondent police, has filed this writ petition.

2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents and submits that the complaint/representation of this petitioner was duly enquired and a criminal case in Crime No.14 of 2025 has been registered, on the file of the CCB, Trichy, for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 296(b), 351(2) of BNS, 2023.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the complaint of this petitioner, a criminal case in Crime No.14 of 2025 has been registered, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
