ORDER
The writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to register the sale deed dated 03.06.2026. 2.Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is submitted that the petitioner had obtained a prior appointment and token and presented the sale deed for registration before the third respondent. However, the document was not received for registration and was refused to be entertained by way of an oral instruction, without passing any written order. Aggrieved by the said action of the third respondent, the petitioner has approached this Court.
3. The learned Government Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that, although it is true that the petitioner sought to present the document for registration, the same was not presented when the Sub-Registrar called upon the petitioner to produce the parent document. 2/5

In view thereof, the grievance of the petitioner can be resolved through the following order:- (i)The petitioner shall represent the document within three weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order. (ii) Upon such representation, the same shall be received and shall be processed in the manner known to law and final order shall be passed in view of Section 34-C now being declared as unconstitutional. (iii) Even with reference to original document, the petitioner can also present a certified copy of the same and the same shall be considered.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 24.06.2026 am NCC: No 3/5
