Crl.A(MD)No.150 of 2020 Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.ANAND, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of Mr.S.RAVI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN,J.) This Court vide order dated 07.06.2021, suspended the sentence, directing the petitioners to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli, at 10.30 a.m., on every Monday until further orders.
2. Mr.S.Ravi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State on instructions would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court at 10.30 a.m., on the first working day of every English calendar month until further orders.
