The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to conduct survey of his property situate in S.No.136/17A in Thamaraipatty II Bit Village, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District by considering his application No. 2025/0123/24/013399, dated 18.03.2025. 2.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The petitioner purchased the subject property under registered sale deed dated 11.01.2024. The patta for the subject property was issued in the name of the petitioner in patta No.1353. The petitioner submitted an application on 18.03.2025 in application No. 2025/0123/24/013399 and the same has not been considered. Hence the petitioner has come before this Court.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the application of the petitioner, dated 18.03.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the neighboring land owners and the other interested parties, if any. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
