ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5644 of 2018, dated 12.04.2018, has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this contempt petition.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and the final report has been filed on 15.11.2023. The said submission is recorded.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives in this contempt petition. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
