ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.21 of 2012, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai, filed by the respondent herein a private complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent/complainant submitted that the petitioner has already filed a quash petition on the same ground, challenging the same P.R.C.No.21 of 2012 before this Court and the same was dismissed as withdrawn by an order dated 17.09.2014. Further, now, the case has been taken cognizance for the offence punishable under Sections 148, 448, 354 and 395 I.P.C and Section 3(1) of the Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, by an order dated 12.04.2013 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this quash petition and it is devoid of merits.

3.In view of the same this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
