ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to issue house site patta to the petitioner in respect of the land situated in Survey No.219/66, at Naachenkulam Revenue Village, Maanur Taluk, 2.When the matter is taken up hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent produced a copy of the patta issued in favour of the petitioner for the subject property in Patta No. 460. The copy of the same was also handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
