O R D E R

Alleging that the order of this Court dated 21.03.2025 passed in W.P.(MD) No.7802 of 2025 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

2. It is submitted that at the time of the survey, boundary stones were planted by the Tahsildar and the Surveyor pursuant to the order of this Court dated 21.03.2025 passed in W.P.(MD) No.7802 of 2025. However, subsequently, the Deputy Tahsildar and the Village Administrative Officer came to the spot and removed the stones that had been put up by the Tahsildar and the Surveyor.

3. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that three stones have been placed in the correct location, whereas the fourth stone has not yet been fixed by the Tahsildar and the Surveyor pursuant to the order of this Court.

4. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that there are issues in the area and that police protection is required for conducting the survey once again. Page No. 2 of 4

5. Accordingly, the petitioner shall file a fresh application for the purpose of conducting the survey. The survey shall be conducted with police protection on 23.02.2026.
