ORDER

When the civil revision petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer that has been sought has become infructuous inasmuch as, during the pendency of the Civil Revision Petition, the suit itself is decreed. The said submission is recorded. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
