ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.173 of 2022 on the file of respondent police and quash the same as against petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that investigation has already been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, dated 12.11.2022, but it was not taken on file so far.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the trial Court is directed to process the above said charge sheet within the time stipulated as per rules. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the contents of the the above said Charge Sheet, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 2/4
