Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner. 2.The relief is sought against the fifth respondent. The fifth respondent is a private entity. The petitioner appears to have availed loan from the fifth respondent. The subject matter projected in the writ petition cannot be adjudicated in writ proceedings. The writ petition is not maintainable. The other rights and remedies of the writ petitioner are left. 3.With this liberty to the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
