Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.RAJASEKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.808 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD).No.73 of 2024 dated 15.03.2024.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, without fail.
3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.Considering the above, the condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court, once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
