ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 19.06.2018 wherein the petitioner has requested for including the subject property in the portal maintained by the respondents.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the subject property was purchased by means of registered sale deed dated 22.09.2016. According to the petitioner, the revenue records also stands in his name. The grievance of the petitioner is that his property is situated at No.19, Pudukkudi Village, but however in the portal maintained by the respondents, it is wrongly downloaded as No.51, 1/3
Pudukkudi village. In view of the same, when the petitioner attempted to register the Will, the property belonging to the petitioner was not reflected in the portal.
3. The petitioner gave a representation in this regard to the respondents and since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.
4. Heard Mr.G.Gomathi Sankar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Sathiyasingh, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 19.06.2018 and take a decision within a period of four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the third respondent along with all the relevant documents and also with a copy of this order. A copy of the representation shall also be marked to the second respondent.
6. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No Costs.
