This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioner to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report [FIR] in Crime No. 111 of 2021 of Thirukostiyur Police Station, Sivagangai District and quash the same as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation in the instant case is completed and a final report is also filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirupattur, in C.C.No.149 of 2021.
