3.The instant representation has been submitted by the Petitioner making objection against the preliminary notification for acquisition of land under Section 15(2) of the Tamil Nadu State Highways Act, dated 6.9.2024. Even though the said notification prescribed 30 days time for filing of objection, the instant representation was submitted by the Petitioner only on 4.7.2025. 4.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that subsequent to the Section 15(2) notification, Government has issued notification under Section 15(1) of the Tamil Nadu State Highways Act, on 3.3.2025.
