ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the claim of the petitioner has been rejected and he may be permitted to challenge the rejection order.

2.In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of rejection, if he is so advised. No costs.
