ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner for installing Tan Tea Shop in the Government Hospital Premises, Dindigul, based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2018.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Managing Director of Tamil Nadu Tea Plantation Corporation has granted permission to the petitioner to install a Tan Tea shop inside the Government Hospital premises, Dindigul and the permission letter was handed over to the respondents for granting permission to install the Tan Tea Shop. However, the respondents have not provided any permission to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that as per the G.O(D).No.59 Health & Family Welfare (J1) Department dated 20.03.2023 that Tea stall, Petty shop,
Public Telephone Booth and Tiffen Centre cannot be permitted inside the Government Hospitals. He further submits that this Court has already taken a decition in W.P(MD).No. 13840 of 2015.

Though the petitioner has obtained permission from the Managing Director of Tamil Nadu Tea Plantation Corporation, as per the G.O(D).No.59 Health & Family Welfare (J1) Department dated 20.03.2023 no such permission can be granted to run tea stall, Petty shop, Public Telephone Booth and Tiffen Centre.
