O R D E R

This criminal original petition had been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.173 of 2022, on the file of respondent police as against the petitioners.

2.When the case is taken up hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners sought for a short adjournment. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent/defacto complainant objected for the same and stated that the connected case in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16081 of 2022, which has been filed seeking not to harass the petitioner therein and his family members, was disposed of by this Court as per the order, dated 11.10.2022, directing the respondents 1 to 4 therein, to file final report before the Court concerned, within a reasonable time. Further he submits that since there is such a direction, the Petitioners cannot maintain this petition.

4.Therefore, in the light of the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16081 of 2022, dated 11.10.2022, this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
