ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 406, 420 and 294(b)of I.P.C., in Crime No.08 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 3.The petitioners had earlier filed Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4664 of 2019, relief was granted subject to certain conditions. CRL OP(MD). No.12813 of 2019 conditions could not be complied with. Therefore, the only course open to the petitioners is to apply for modification. They cannot maintain a second petition for anticipatory bail. Therefore, giving liberty to the petitioners to apply for modification, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
