This petition is filed to direct the second respondent to further investigate the complaint under the supervision of the first respondent and file a FIR for the offences committed considering the facts of the case afresh, without being carried away by the statements available in the Karuppayurani Police Station and Anna Nagar Police Station.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation is over and a final report has been filed before the concerned Court on 02.06.2014. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
