This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings in C.C.No.236 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar and quash the same. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the trial has been over and the accused persons were acquitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
