ORDER

This Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the second and third respondents/Tahsildar, Karambakudi Taluk, Pudukottai District and the Firka Surveyor of the very same Taluk, to survey, demarcate and fix the boundaries of the land of the petitioner in Survey No.178-2CIA.

2. The petitioner has been issued with patta in Patta No.2491 based on an application dated 02.07.2021. The petitioner has now given a further representation on 09.08.2021. A direction https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.19445 of 2021 is given to the respondents to comply with the said representation within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
