2.Mr.C.Jeganathan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous and he also undertook to circulate a letter to the Registry to that effect.

3.In view of the submission of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is closed as infructuous.
