RESPONDENT/DEFACTO COMPLAINANT PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cod of Criminal Procedure to call for the records of the final report filed by the 1st respondent in C.C.No.72 of 2013 dated 23/08/2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai and quash the same as illegal.

ORDER : This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing, the petition and material papers filed, and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Pudukkottai in D.No.18 dated 04/01/2019 and the earlier order of this Court dated 18/09/2018 and in the presence of Mr.J.SULTHAN BASHA, for M/s.AJMAL ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the 1st Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today for extension of time for disposing the C.C.No.72 of 2013, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pudukkottai.

2. This Court has already disposed of the Crl.O.P. by order dated 18.09.2018, directing the trial Court to dispose of C.C.No.72 of 2013, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now, the trial court seeks further more time for disposing the petition. Hence, the matter is listed today.

3. Considering the averments made by the Court below, this Court is inclined to extend time further.

4. Accordingly, the time for disposing the C.C.No.72 of 2013, is extended for a further period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
