PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the unpaid salary and leave salary with interest on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 06.07.2022.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to disburse the unpaid salary and leave salary with interest, which, according to the petitioner, are payable based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2022, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Since the aforesaid representation dated 06.07.2022 was not considered by the respondents by passing final orders, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Till date, counter has not been filed by the respondents.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to them to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. Accordingly, this Court directs the third respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2022, seeking for disbursement of the unpaid salary and leave salary with interest, which, according to the petitioner, are payable, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
