ORDER

The petitioner is an employee of the Tamil Nadu State Express Transport Corporation and he is also a Member of the Cooperative Credit Society Ltd. He has availed a loan from the first respondent Society and also made a request for one-time settlement, however, the said request has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner has filed a representation and also filed this writ petition.

2. Though notice was ordered to the first respondent and a counsel has also taken notice for the first respondent, there is no representation for the first respondent.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the case of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the 2/4

date of receipt of a copy of this order.
