ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 1 and 2, particularly the second respondent to take appropriate legal action on the petitioner's complaint dated 16.06.2026.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had sent a representation seeking action against the third respondent, who is the brother of the petitioner's husband, threatening the petitioner's family and attempting to forcibly evict the petitioner's family from the house where they are residing. However, no proper action was taken, and therefore, this petition was filed.
3. Learned Government Advocate submitted that CSR No. 495/2026 dated 22.06.2026 was issued and enquiry is pending on the petitioner's representation.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials before this Court. Since no adverse order is proposed to be passed against the third respondent, notice to him is dispensed with. 2/5

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the first respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2026 and conduct an enquiry in this regard, after issuing summons to the parties concerned, under Section 64 of the BNSS, and conclude the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
