ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the first information report in Cr.No.456 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that a case was registered as against the petitioner in Cr.No.456 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(2) IPC. He further submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the first respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report, within a time frame.

3.In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, the first respondent police is directed to conduct investigation by following the Police Standing Orders and complete the same as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16327 of 2021 expeditiously as possible. The first respondent shall take care of the counter case also. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
