2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation completed and charge sheet laid before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamuthiram, on 04.08.2022, therefore the prayer sought for by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners has become infructuous.
