2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to spinal card ailments, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 20.06.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10916 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
