Due to non cooperation on the part of the defacto complainant, it was closed on 28.03.2022. Hence, the prayer sought in this petition has become infructuous. 2.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as unnecessary.
